If necessary, additional funds can be added to the purchase with a credit card if the value of the box exceeds the total amount of the gift voucher. Any funds remaining on the voucher can be applied to future purchases on the website. There is no time limit on using a gift voucher.

When purchasing a gift voucher, you can either choose to have it sent to yourself and then give it to your friend or relative personally, or emailed to the recipient directly.
